Energy Field

Aelita's main and only weapon on Lyoko. While she did not have them in the first two seasons, Aelita uses them in the third and fourth seasons without any information as to how she got them.

Aelita's energy fields, contrary to their name are not mainly use for protection. Aelita usually holds her hand out and the ball of energy will appear, floating about one inch away from her open palm, she then jerks her arm forward to send it flying at the enemy. While they are quite slow and somewhat easy to dodge, they do not need to hit the Eye of Xana to be effective and do quite a lot of damage, only needing one or two hits to kill most monsters and can completely destroy William with about two or three hits. Aelita can make the spheres move faster through the air and/or curve their trajectory by spinning around and hurling it towards an enemy like a discus. They can also be used as a small shield if she holds two together. Much to Aelita's dismay, her energy fields can be absorbed by Wiliam's sword if one hits the Eye of Xana on the sword, causing the sword's blade to glow red, allowing William to send a red-ish pink energy wave back at Aeilta. In a few episodes Aelita is seen throwing a energy field blast at a megatank which makes it crack and break in to pieces

The energy fields appear as a deep pink orbs of gelatinous lightning energy. The the orbs sometimes discharge light pink sparkles when Aelita shoots them. When they hit a target, the actual energy field disappears and the target becomes engulfed in pink elecricity. While on Earth, Aelita's energy field are light yellow balls of light with small thick yellow bolt of lightning coming out of them with a red-orange aura surrounding it.
