download the video. download the .ass file. open the video in your video player (VLC for example). find the options for subtitles. select the .ass file.
In VLC, it is as simple as opening the video. Going to Video -> Subtitle Track -> Open File.
There seems to be a rule against doing that. Thats why i didn't post it here in the first place. I think its best to /maybe/ post the forum thread.... not the subtitle or the video link themselves.
